The Firm is pleased to announce its involvement in acting on behalf of Yr Hen Lyfrgell (The Old Library) in relation to their exciting new venture of opening a Welsh Language and Cultural Centre in the heart of the city. The building will house a café / bar, crèche, gift shop, Welsh textile shop and a conference facility centre.
